(1) Accommodation for the participants will be arranged in guest houses of CIAB and other neighboring institutes (all shared rooms).
(2) Arrangements for pick-up and drop for the venue will be arranged from all guest houses daily.
(3) Organizers will arrange accommodation for the invitees.
(4) Other delegates must book accommodation (all double shared shared rooms) by paying Rs.500 per person per night by Demand Draft (DD) for total amount. (5) No accommodation will be provided unless booked in advance. Last date to reserve accommodation is 15th Feb 2017.
