Guidelines to Authors

A sample MS-Word file of extended abstract is available here (Link). The maximum limit for the extended abstract is 4 pages. Detailed information is furnished in the extended abstract format. The Online submission can be done and status of the paper may be checked through the following Easychair link.  


It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the originality of their work and it should not have been plagiarized.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • The official language of the event is English.

  • Limited number of Contributed Oral Presentations will be selected and the presenters have already been informed of the decision in this regard.

  • Your allocated time is 6 minutes, which includes 4 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of Q&A.

  • Please keep your presentation limited to 5 slides and do not spend too much time on introduction. Literature review should be avoided.

  • Presentation soft copy should be made available to the organizers by 01st December 2021. Please put “Presentation and abstract ID” in the subject line.

  • Participants should be available for session of their oral presentation as mentioned in the schedule.

  • You can check the conference website for the schedule and session of your oral presentation.

  • No one will be entertained after missing their allotted session.

  • Top contributed oral presentation in each track will be selected by the technical review committee for Awards in the valedictory session of the conference. Judge’s decision will be final in this regard.
