For Invited Speakers

Accommodation of all the invited speakers will be arranged in the institute guest house/ hotels. Invited speakers are requested to contact Accommodation team/ Track volunteer team for the guest room booking.

For Participants

Participants have to arrange their accommodation during the conference. Accommodation to a limited number of participants will be provided in the hostels.

Accommodation Booking (Students)


                   

Contributory delegates must make their own arrangements for accommodation. Some limited accommodation is available in the hostels in the campus for men and women which will be allotted to the registered delegates on first come-first served basis. Details for this will be provided shortly.
