Scientific program will
comprise Plenary and invited lecture by the peers (by invitation
only) and contributory. PLENARY TALK Time of presentation- 20 mins, QA 4 mins, changeover 1 min. Total 25 mins INVITED TALK Time of presentation- 15 mins, QA 4 mins, changeover 1 min. Total 20 mins SHORT ORAL Time of presentation- 7 mins, QA 2 mins, changeover 1 min. Total 10 mins. Suggestive maximum 12 slides. RAPID ORAL & POSTER Each presenter must present a rapid oral talk as we as a poster. Time of presentation- 3 mins, QA 1 min, changeover 1 min. Total 5 mins. Maximum 5 slides. Awards: Best rapid oral & poster will be conferred awards, which will be announced during the closing session of conference on 19th December 2026. Note that who exceed more than five slides or take more than three mins time for their presentation will be given negative marks during the evaluation. POSTERS Preparation of posters: The space available for each poster would be of 90cm width and 100cm height. Each poster will be allocated a number, which will be marked on the top of the poster board by the organizers. The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id) and their affiliations, followed by the Introduction/Background, Results, Conclusions and Acknowledgements (if any). The poster should be put up in the morning on the day of presentation between 08.00-09.00 h and taken down after 17.00 h on the same day. The poster sessions shall be conducted on 17th and 18 December 2026 day during 13.00-15.00 h (evaluation during 1400-1500h). The presenting authors should be present near their posters during the poster session. The poster schedule will be announced in advance. Awards: Best posters will be conferred awards, which will be announced during the closing session of conference on 19th December 2026. Abstracts submission
Conference participation and submission of abstracts Participation is open to the persons involved in the cross-fields R&D, teaching, consultancy, planning, business, etc in the fields of energy, environment and sustainable developments from all over the world. Plenary and invited presentations will be made by the experts (by invitation only); participants are invited to contribute research papers (NO REVIEWS) to be presented as (i) Short Oral (for faculties and scientists only) (ii) Rapid Oral & Posters(for students, research scholars and project fellows below the age of 35 years) and (iii) Poster presentation (open to any researcher). Note that there are limited slots available under (i) and (ii) above which will be filled on first come-first served basis (also taking into account the scientific quality of the work). Abstracts Book Abstracts of the plenary and invited lectures and of contributory presentations will be published.
