Participation is open to researchers, academicians, scientists, professionals, industry representatives, consultants, students, research scholars, and project fellows working in interdisciplinary areas related to energy, environment, sustainable development, and allied fields.

The Scientific Programme will comprise:

       ·      Plenary Lectures — by invitation only.

     ·      Invited Lectures — by invitation only.

     ·      Short Oral Presentations — for research scholars, faculty members, and scientists.

    ·      Rapid Oral & Poster Presentations — for students, research scholars, and research/project fellows below 35 years of age.

     ·      Poster Presentations — open to all researchers.

All participants, including Plenary and Invited Speakers, are required to submit an abstract.

Plenary and Invited presentations will be offered by invitation. Contributed abstracts will be evaluated by the Technical Programme Committee, and accepted submissions will be assigned to the Short Oral, Rapid Oral & Poster, or Poster category based on scientific quality, relevance, suitability of the work, and availability of presentation slots.

Only original research contributions will be considered. Review articles will not be accepted.

Author Guidelines

1. Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract of a maximum of four (4) A4 pages, including references. The abstract should be prepared using Times New Roman, 10-point font, with 1.0 line spacing and 2.0 cm margins on all sides. The title should be in 14-point bold font, followed by the author names, affiliations, and the corresponding author’s email address. Figures and tables, if included, must be clear, properly captioned, and contained within the two-page limit.

2. The abstract should clearly present the motivation and objectives of the study, the methodology adopted, the key results or expected outcomes, and the principal conclusions. Authors should explicitly highlight the novelty and the contribution of the work toward advancing scientific and/or technical knowledge.

3. All abstracts must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT portal. The complete names and affiliations of all authors must be entered in the portal at the time of submission. No additions, removals, or changes to the author list will be permitted after the submission deadline.

4. All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of the authors will be visible to the reviewers.

5. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and text similarity, excluding references and properly quoted material. Submissions with an overall similarity index exceeding 20% may be rejected. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their submitted work.

6. Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to submit a camera-ready version for inclusion in the conference Abstract Book. Detailed formatting, copyright, and final-submission instructions will be provided on the conference website.
